IN STORE PICKUP POLICY

In Store Pickup Policy:

As a method of being able to offer you the best styles in the most accessible and easy way possible, we offer you the "In Store Pickup" option for your convenience at the time of purchase. And best of all, NO shipping charges! If you are interested in making a purchase this way, you must carry out the following steps:

You must create your own account, filling in the requested information in the registration area. Usually you are only asked for the name, email and password.

After you select all the styles you want to purchase, go to your basket to finalize the purchase. Verify that all the pieces that are on the screen are correct, including their size and color. Once everything is checked, you can proceed to pay.

When you choose to pay, a window will open that will verify all your information. In the "Shipping cost" area you must select "In Store pickup". This way the system will not charge you for shipping. It should automatically say "Free shipping".

Once you check that the order and information is correct, you can proceed to pay using the payment method you like best.

Pick Up Time:

Any purchase made after 12:00 pm will be available for In Store Pickup the next day after 10:00 am. If the pieces arrive before, a courtesy call will be made to notify you of it.

Your order will be available for pick up at Morena, our retail store located in San Patricio Plaza during business hours which are from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.

If you can't pick up your order on the same day of arrival, you will have up to 3 days to pick it up. 

Pick Up Authorization:

If you wish to send another person to pick up the order, you must add a note (on the left side under the order breakdown) before finalizing the purchase. You must include the name and phone number of the person you are authorizing. No order will be handed out without proper authorization

Política Para Recogido en Tienda:

Como método de poder ofrecerles los mejores estilos de la forma más accesible y fácil posible, te ofrecemos la opción de "Recogido en Tienda" para mayor comodidad al momento de su compra. ¡Y lo mejor de todo, no tiene cargos por envío! De estar interesada en hacer su compra de esta manera, debe llevar a cabo los siguientes pasos:

Debe crear su propia cuenta, llenando los espacios solicitados en el área de registro. Usualmente solo se le pide el nombre, email y password.

Luego que seleccione todas las piezas que desee adquirir, vaya a su canasta para finalizar la compra.  Verifique que todas las piezas que estén en pantalla sean las correctas incluyendo el tamaño y color de las mismas. Una vez cotejado todo, puede pasar a realizar el pago.

Cuando seleccione pagar, le abrirá una ventanilla que le corroborará toda su información. En el área de costo por envío debe seleccionar "In Store pickup". De esta manera el sistema no le hará el cargo por envío. 

Una vez que verifique que toda la orden e información esta correcta, puede pasar a pagar con el método de pago que más guste.

Tiempo de Recogido:

Toda compra que se realice luego de las 12:00 pm estará disponible para su recogido en tienda al próximo día a partir de las 10:00 am. De llegar antes la pieza a la tienda, se le hará una llamada de cortesía para notificarle del mismo.

El recogido de la orden se realizará en nuestra tienda Morena en San Patricio Plaza dentro de sus horas laborables, de Lunes a Viernes de 10:00 am a 9:00 pm.

 De no poder pasar al momento para buscar su orden, tendrá hasta 3 días para hacer el recogido del mismo.

Autorización para Recogido:

Si desea enviar otra persona a recoger su pedido, debe añadir una nota (en la parte posterior izquierda debajo del desglose de la orden) antes de finalizar la compra que incluya el nombre y teléfono del mismo como modo de autorización. No se hará entrega a ninguna persona que no este debidamente autorizado.
